Standard Reiki Session

30 minutes or 60 minutes of gentle touch and or/hovering over different chakra points in the body to help regulate the nervous system and bring balance and ease to the body, mind, and spirit. Calming music is optional and essential oils can be used if requested.

30 Minute Session - $75

1 Hour Session - $130

Reiki for Performers -

Pre-Show or Post-Show Support

Targeting specific chakras associated with channeling creativity and performing we will either prepare you energetically for the stage, or bring you down from the energetic high of having just performed. Be prepared with a journal as the session may end with journal prompts and/or a guided meditation.

1 Hour Session - $150

Moon Cycle Guidance -

Sacred Support Informed by Menstrual Cycle

Each phase of our moon cycle is rich with a different lesson, and those who listen find a deeper connection to themselves. We who experience a monthly bleed are in tune with many energies beyond the veil, but often times we have no safe space to explore it. I am here to support you through your hormonal phases whichever one you find yourself in.

If you are in the menstrual cycle we will spend 45 minutes easing physical symptoms with Reiki. We will then spend the last 15 minutes holding space for any rage, grief, heightened emotion, or wisdom that is coming up. Session ends with a cup of red raspberry leaf tea.

* This may be an extra helpful practice for those suffering with PMDD or endometriosis.
